Three phases, one person who stays
Some come with a first wish for a child, others in week 38, others only after the birth. All of it is a good moment.

Who it is forFor you, if the wish for a child is taking up a lot of space right now. At the beginning, during treatment or after a loss.
Fertility
The path towards a longed-for child brings many feelings with it. Hope, anticipation, uncertainty, disappointment. I accompany you with calm and a protected space for everything that moves you.
Trying to conceive is mostly measured in numbers. Cycle days, values, probabilities. What gets lost is the woman carrying all of it.
Included
- A protected space for fears and disappointment
- Dealing with pressure from outside
- Breathing and relaxation practices for daily life
- Strengthening trust in your body
- Orientation on where to find further support

Who it is forFor you, if you do not want to walk into your birth at its mercy. Whether it is your first child or your fourth.
Pregnancy
I support you in building trust in your body, in sorting through your questions and in preparing for birth with a good feeling.
During pregnancy you receive a great deal of information and very little time to order it. We take that time, at your pace.
Included
- Sorting through your wishes, worries and expectations
- Mental birth preparation
- Breathing and relaxation techniques for labour
- Writing your birth preferences together
- Planning your postpartum time before it begins

What a doula is and what she is not
So that it is clear from the start what you can expect from me.
What I do
- I listen without judging
- I give you information so that you can decide for yourself
- I show you breathing, relaxation and touch techniques
- I support you emotionally and practically
- I stay the same point of contact the whole way through
What I do not do
- I do not diagnose and I do not examine
- I do not replace a midwife or medical care
- I do not give medical advice or lactation consultancy
- I do not make decisions for you
- I do not judge your decisions
A doula works alongside medical care, not instead of it.
