I did not arrive because I knew the way, but because I walked it

My life was made of many fresh starts. I studied, changed careers, loved, lost, trusted again and rebuilt my life more than once. I know the feeling of standing in front of decisions that frighten you.

Above all, though, I know what it feels like to become a mother. Not only because I have a daughter myself, but because I understood that with the birth of a child a woman is born too.

Suddenly you carry responsibility. Suddenly you question yourself. Suddenly you no longer want to pass old wounds on to the next generation.

That is how my own journey began. I wanted to understand: my body, my cycle, hormones, pregnancy, birth, postpartum. And above all the incredible strength that lies in women.

That path turned into a training. Today I am a certified doula, passing on what I would have wanted for myself back then.

The more I learned, the clearer it became how often women have forgotten that they are allowed to trust their bodies. That birth is not only something that happens to them, but something that belongs to them.

I want no woman to leave her birth with the feeling of having been passed over. I want women to feel seen, to be allowed to ask their questions, and to know that strength does not mean having to do everything alone.

As a doula I make no decisions for you. I want to listen, to give you knowledge and to remind you again and again that the most important voice during your birth is your own.
