The companionship
A doula is an experienced companion who supports you emotionally, mentally and practically. She does not replace a midwife and makes no medical decisions. Her job is to give you calm, safety and orientation, so that you feel informed and self determined during this special time.
Yes. Every offering is also fully available online. Flexible, personal, from anywhere. We talk by video, you stay at home, and there are no travel costs. In substance the support is identical to the one in person.
No. Many women want to be accompanied together with their partner, some prefer to have certain conversations alone. Both are completely fine.
Quite the opposite. I want to strengthen your partner and give him confidence. Nobody knows you as well as your partner does. I support you both in going through the birth as a team.
Not yet as a separate offering. Within the pregnancy support we plan your postpartum time together, so that you are prepared before it begins. A dedicated postpartum offering is in planning.
No. Midwives and doctors are responsible for medical questions. I support you in understanding information and making informed decisions.
All prices are shown openly on the site, under each offer. Online is cheaper for every package because there is no travel. Payment in instalments is always possible, just ask me.
